Penny entered rescue, emaciated and suffering form a stopped up tear duct, as an owner surrender on 06-16-xxxx. She is estimated to be 11 years old. Penny is a beautiful red line back dun Quarterhorse. Penny has had some round pen reasoning/ground work, has been saddled and accepted a rider on her back, however, she has not been bridled or ridden since entering rescue.
